We are looking for a Service Management Tooling Engineer to join the existing team at our customer (based in Brussels/Antwerp).
As a Service Management Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing and maintaining service management tools
such as 4ME and Splunk within our organisation. In doing so, you will work together with the Service Management Product Owner Tooling to take the
quality of the tools used to a higher level and, above all, to make the experience for the end user as easy
possible.

– You will play a crucial role in optimising our IT service management processes by applying the right tools and
configurations that match the needs of the organisation
– You design and configure service management tools such as 4ME, Nexthink and Splunk
– You implement new functionalities and modules in line with business needs
– You work with IT teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
– You maintain and optimise service management tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
– You train end users and support them in using the tools
– You document configurations, processes and changes
– You ensure that the various tools evolve in an integrated manner towards an Enterprise Service Management platform
– You develop reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of IT services

Profile
– You preferably have a higher education or equivalent experience
– You have some experience and knowledge of IT Service Management Processes (e.g. ITIL methodology)
– You have experience in configuring ITSM systems
– You have experience with Splunk or are interested in learning it
– You are proficient in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Powershell or similar
– You have knowledge of SQL, XML, API
– You have experience working with external parties or are open to doing so
– You handle problems conscientiously, methodically and constructively
– You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and you are stress resistant
– You are a real multitasker, well-organised and accurate by nature
– You have thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus
