Shannen can frequently be spotted brandishing a screwdriver, drill or other random power tool. Indeed, she diligently applies her motto of ‘a job worth doing is worth doing well’ to all the DIY chores in the office. The two key words that sum up Shannen to a tee are: perfectionism and altruism. Absolutely nothing escapes her attention – she always makes sure that everything is arranged, right down to the very last detail. And she invariably places the needs of others before her own.
Shannen obtained a bachelor’s degree in real estate brokerage. However, she soon realised that selling houses was not quite her thing. After working for two years as an administrative employee at Delhaize, she finally joined Talent-IT in June 2015. Originally on a one month contract… however, she enjoyed it so much that she decided to stay.
She thinks her colleagues are the best and she’s right!
