Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead and accountable for total project
• Control and follow-up of project budget and planning
• Detailed planning and progress reporting (Status Reports, Exception Reports)
• Review of key project deliverables
• Reporting to Steering committee and Change Delivery Manager
• Manage risks/issues/changes within the project
• Coordinate project milestone reviews & project close-out
• Organize hand-over to Business
• Co-ordinate with other departments on all project activities
• Co-ordinate with external suppliers on all project activities
• Manage and coach project team
• Ensure communication within the project, including reporting of progress, budget, issues / risks, scope evolution.
The project manager will also be responsible for delivery of the early business analyst deliverables:
• Collection of the business requirements
• Execution of impact analysis
• Communication deliverables
• High Level Process descriptions
Profile
• Autonomous, Creative, Assertive, Communicative, Team player, Flexible
• Experience in information collection and its analysis
• Result driven, Logical, Analytic
Required
• Bachelor or Masters
• Experience in Payments banking industry
• > 5 yrs experience in similar position or within project organization
• Multilingual: English + Dutch and/or French
• Prince2 / PMI certification is considered an advantage
