Requirements:
Business process analysis:
- +3 years experience in process analysis / management, facilitating cross-functional, cross-organisational endeavours & according (virtual) teams
- Business analysis basics (requirements, clarification, challenge users, process descriptions)
- Focus on process & financial flows
- Focus on data quality through the whole chain
- Focus on Business support
- Understanding of IT flows
- Experienced knowledge of Aris modelling tool
- Banking knowledge is an added value
Autonomous and proactive in:

Project:
- Defining, modelling and implementing end to end processes in a context of innovation & cost reduction. Identify & describe all human activities within the new or existing project(s).
- Propose value added improvements from the operations point of view.
- Understand the Business aspects/flows/processes that will be developed.
- Model end to end processes with ARIS
- Integrate these models in the ING documentation.
- Understand the existing organisation of front, mid & back-office.
- Map all the tools used to support the Banking activities.
- Support & align with other teams (Business, IT, OPS, UAT), define necessary "Request For Change" raised from Business propositions.
- Analyse the Business organizations that will support the new processes:
- Understand the existing organisation of front, mid & back-office.
- Be the representative for process implementation towards the project.
- Define the necessary organisational changes & training.
- Be the expert of operational aspects for the implementation of processes
