For our Antwerp office, Talent-IT is looking for an Account Manager
Who are we?
Talent-IT is a sourcing company that unites customers and IT-Talent across the full range of IT professions & technologies. We help our customers in finding the ideal IT-Talent for their project based or permanent vacancies. We help IT-Talent (employees and freelancers) in finding their ideal new permanent or project based vacancy.
Besides the right technical skills, we also think that culture, attitude, personality and languages are a crucial element in the matching process. Our business is Talent Management: to attract, to keep, coach, train and motivate IT-Talent, thanks to a broad view on IT and the business.
For our Antwerp office we are looking for a junior/medior account manager.
Function:
As a junior or medior account manager you acquire new customers and develop existing customers. The key sectors are Finance, Retail, Automotive, Pharma,.. You will work in a small team and report directly to the sales manager. Since we are a fairly new organization a lot of new business opportunities are still open.
Your profile:
You have experience within the ICT services business. You have worked as account manager for a service provider or an IT staffing company, or you have the right qualifications.
You wish to develop new concepts and wish to think along within the organization. You have good language skills (Du, Eng, Fr) and have good commercial and communication skills.
You have had a first experience as account manager and are definitely a team player. Off course, you need to be interested in our core business: ‘people business'!
